This Website Development Contract ("Contract") is entered into as of [Date] ("Effective Date"), by and between:

1. Scope of Work: 1.1 The Developer agrees to design, develop, and deliver a fully functional website for the Client according to the specifications outlined in Exhibit A attached hereto (the "Project").
2. Project Timeline: 2.1 The Project shall commence on [Start Date] and shall be completed within three (3) years from the Effective Date, subject to any delays or extensions agreed upon in writing by both parties.
3. 5. Warranties: 5.1 The Developer warrants that the website developed under this Contract shall be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of [Warranty Period] from the date of completion. 5.2 The Client agrees to notify the Developer promptly of any defects discovered during the Warranty Period, and the Developer shall remedy such defects at no additional cost to the Client.
6. Termination: 6.1 Either party may terminate this Contract upon written notice to the other party in the event of a material breach that remains uncured for a period of [Cure Period] days. 6.2 Upon termination, the Client shall pay the Developer for all work completed up to the date of termination.
